Winter Birds

I did say that I would have to put crafting to the side for a couple of weeks while I concentrated on getting signed off at work, but I just can't seem to put down, it's addictive.


So tonight, I decided to make a Christmas card in non-traditional colours.  The digital stamp is from Doodle Pantry and it has been coloured using Copics and ProMarkers.

I have just finished my first frozen stocktake and I have to say that it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.  I will say though, that even with thermal socks on, I couldn't feel my toes by the end of it.

Autumn Pumpkins

Evening peeps

I have just got home after a long and eventful day at work.  We had a magpie problem in the shop today, twice he decided he was going to have a look around.  The first time we managed to get him to fly back out, but the second, he decided he wasn't going anywhere.  I eventually managed to catch him and put him back outside.  I am so glad that I put thick gloves on, he wouldn't stop pecking me.

Rose Garden

My son has developed a love a photography over the last couple of years, he is continually taking photos of the landscape around him and even if I do sound bias, he seems to have a natural talent for it.  Anyway, I thought I would buy him a camera for his 21st Birthday in October.  It's cost me over 500, but I know he will be over the moon with it, I can't wait to give it to him.
