That is now the end of a very long four days at work.  I have been on the late shift and I can't tell you how tired I am, being on late is exhausting.

Outer Space

I had a phone call yesterday from a friend of mine, her partner is a Manager in the company I had an interview with.  There is not currently a vacancy for me, but after an area meeting last week, they have decided to make a position because they don't want to risk losing me, I can't believe they would do that, I'm just waiting now for confirmation.

I'm not sure how much worse work can get at the moment.  I am already short of colleagues, but this week I also have one on holiday, one on bereavement and one on sick, then when I got in at 12 today, I was told that my baker had an accident in the freezer this morning and had been sent home, we are now close to breaking point.  Fingers crossed it gets better next week.

Sweet Summer Wishes

Afternoon peeps

I have been out car hunting this morning and it's not been as easy as I had hoped.  Must of the car dealerships around the area are way out of my budget and I'm not keen on buying privately.  I went into one dealership and as soon as I walked through the gates I was jump on by a dirty looking salesman who then continued to follow me around, I won't be going back there again.  I have a couple of weeks before I need one, so hopefully something will turn up.
