I'm not sure what is happening at work any more. Managers and Section Leaders were always respected and colleagues use to follow instructions. There was one colleague that thinks it's ok to do as she pleases, but unfortunately, the current Section Leader won't deal with it and allows her to get away with not doing the job she is paid for. At the end of the day, the company is paying you to do the work and you should just get on with it.
