Lazy Summer Days

What a mad day.  We run a home delivery service in our store and normally, we are lucky to get a couple on the 7-9 time slot on a Friday night, well today, we had to shut off the home delivery service at 1.30 this afternoon because all time slots were filled.  It's all the holiday makers coming down to their caravans for the bank holiday weekend, hopefully tomorrow won't be as bad.

We were talking about Christmas at work today.  We realised that we only had a couple of months before we start to plan for the festive season, how scary.  That's the problem will working in retail, the year just flies by.
