What a busy few days, it was my Mum's 70th Birthday on Saturday so we decided to take her out for the day in London doing a couple of the tourist things that we never get the chance to do. We started with a visit around Kensington Palace, she was over the moon when we realised that Prince William and Prince Harry were just leaving for the remembrance parade.
Our next stop was the top of the Shard, what an amazing view, you can see all of London. Because my Brother doesn't do heights, he met up with us after, but we didn't tell her he was coming so that was a nice surprise. To end the day, we got the river bus down the Thames to Greenwich for a nice meal. It was a very long day, but well worth it.
